I have an overflow reservation made through SOG for a room at CBR on New Year's Eve. Because I sent in my payment over a month ago and have heard nothing from Disney reservations I decided to call and make sure that I was in the computer. Well.... they knew my name- phone number- address- etc. etc. but they couldn't find any reservation for me. (Even though they had cashed my check). They told me to call SOG and after being "on hold" for 45 minutes I was told by SOG that I was in their system so DON'T WORRY! This is NYE and they are telling me not to worry even though Disney can't find my reservation! What happens when I go to check in at CBR and they say....... "Sorry but we have no reservation for you"???? How can I be in SOG's system but not Disney's system when I am staying at a Disney hotel?
