Why can't the online dining system find my reservation????

Our 90 day mark is today and I have been trying at several different times to retrieve my reservation (we're DVC) so that I can make our ADR's for the week. The system can not find the reservation. DH spoke to Member Services earlier today who said there wasn't a phone number linked to our reservation :confused3 so the online system would have never worked. Supposedly, she corrected that now. She also gave us a DIFFERENT confirmation/reservation number than what is on the DVC site. I have tried every combination (even using our cell phones that are listed) and nope--same thing. To top it all off, she told us the restaurants at the top of our lists (Le Cellier, Liberty Tree Tavern, etc.) are booked for the week, b/c as she put it, so many people log in at 6am to make their ADR's. :headache:

Any ideas????

I had the same problem yesterday. It would not pull up my ressie with the confirmation number I had on my e-mail. So, I tried using the client file number from the confirmation I printed out and it worked!!! Is it possible you are not using the correct number? Just so you know I was able to get Le Cellier yesterday morning for Thursday 12/3. So, do not give up hope yet.

I just called the WDW Dine # and that CM gave me a DIFFERENT confirmation number again!!! Also, I found out that the phone number was an old one from our previous address and we moved over 5 years ago!!!!! I used our old phone number and the new confirmation # combo and it worked! Now, into dining hell! :lmao: Hopefully there is still something out there for us!

OMG. I'm so sorry. I hope this can be figured out fast. It is really scary that you aren't the only one to have this complaint.

Do you think I should call 407 WDW DINE on Tuesday or try online? Online is 6am, but phones don't open until 7am? Is that right?

I am wondering if I should do it online and call at 7 to make sure they went through okay...

When I signed in online with my email address, it new that I couldn't make my ressies until Tuesday, so it must have my DVC ressie associated with my email, right?

You've made me very nervous.
 

I'm DVC too and have the same problem. We're doing a split stay and were waitlisted for part of the stay so have 4 different reservation numbers. The system only seems to recognise 3 of them and won't allow me to do 90+10.
I phoned member services and they were less than helpful. She said we would not be able to book 90+10 and it was our choice to do a split stay. She refused to acknowledge that this put us at a disadvantage and could not understand my frustration.
We have always had to pay for the dining plan so it seems unfair that others who haven't paid a dime have a better shot at securing the best restaurants.
My booking window opens tomorrow so I'll just have to phone daily and pray there is still some availability at our choices.
