i have been trying to access my page on the members website. every time i sign in, i get the "option" to call member services. i recently had a change in owership, death of my husband, and i wonder if this is the problem. thanks for the help.

Was your husband listed as the sole owner in the deed? If so, you may need to contact your attorney to go through probate.

If you were also listed as owner, then you should be able to straighten it out yourself. I would start by calling Member Administration tomorrow. Once ownership is in order, you should be able to contact MS and ask for their website specialist. They will then be able to get you set up to go back online.
 
thank you, carol. we were listed together. i have returned the paperwork and a copy of the death certificate. i plan to call in the morning. thanks for the help.
 
Are you logged in to another Disney site? I had trouble logging into the DVC member website once because I was logged into the regular Disney World site. I had to go log out of that site and then I was able to get into the DVC site.
 

I am so sorry for your loss.

The DVC site has been messed up off and on for me for a week now. Earlier today (Sunday) I couldn't get on at all...right now I can.
 
So sorry to hear about your loss, call and I am sure they can get it straightened out.
 
I tried to log in last night and right after I put my ID and password in it said in red "bad 3rd attempt". Huh? It was the first try. I figured there were systems problems and just closed it. I just tried now and was able to get in with no problem.
