Why Can't I Post a Poll?

I click on the box in the field that says "Yes, Post a Poll With This Thread" and nothing happens. I don't get a pop-up with the screen to enter the poll options. Any ideas?

You need to make post as normal and check the box that you want to post a poll, then submit the reply. When you submit it you will get the screen to post the poll. If you have ever noticed the text that comes up when you post anything it says something to the effect of "thank you for your post, if you opted to post a poll you will now be allowed to do so."
