Why can't I do my FP+?

My trip begins on April 3rd. MDE says "You may begin making FP+ selections for your vacation on February 2, 2017." Shouldn't I be able to do it now since it is now February 2nd? Thanks!

They don't open the day until 7 est. (may be 6 someone will correct if I am weong).

From what I understand the selection time was changed this past year to 7am, but I'd wait for another confirmation on that as I haven't made FPs since 2015

They don't allow you to make fastpasses now until 7 a.m. EST.
