Why cant I check into my reservation?

My window to check into our reservation and book meet and greets opens today7/30. Why cant i check in? Is this normal?

Website goes down around 3 am. For back up.
Anyone ride logged in, on any other device.
Did you " click" on the reservation / my cruise activities, just the once?

Log out.
Clear history and cookies.
Try in about an hour when that website is up.

Yes only reason I say this is once I did have an issue with it booked through a TA.

I did try at 12am on the dot. i kept refreshing for 2 hours, finally i was able to check in and select our desired arrival port time.
what Im upset about is that after all of that I kept trying until 3am too book activities but the option wouldnt come up. Now at 7am Im able to get in but the meet and greets are no longer an option for me. They dont seem to be available anymore

I was finally able to get in at 2am

I will have to email my TA because the one thing we were anxious of booking, we didnt get to because its not available any longer

Use if a TA has no effect.

The On line check in part for PATs can be delayed anything from 25 minutes, to three hours, On line activities normally come up, unless one of the things I mentioned before occur.

If you can now " see them" but no available slots, means others got in and booked them up.
