Why can't I buy MNSSHP on the website?

I have tried several times to buy tickets for the party on October 3rd and have not been able to purchase due to an "error"? Is it too early or does anyone know why I wouldn't be able to purchase online?

I used Dan's link and just put one in my cart and it went in there fine.
Was it after that you are having a problem?

I had the same problem. I got as far as putting in my Disney Visa CC info and submitting that and it would always come back with a red error message saying I was missing info (I wasn't). I tried multiple times over a few days and kept having the same issue. I did the chat thing and the CM said they didn't know what the problem was (of course) and that I'd have to call to purchase tickets.

So I called and tried to buy the tickets over the phone and the CM told me the card was declined. It had plenty of available credit. So I used a different card (Amex) and it went through fine.

Looked at my Disney Visa account later that day online and it showed a charge for the MNSSHP tickets, and then a refund. Not sure what the problem was.

Bonus though, the tickets were overnighted to me (not sure why, I didn't pay for the expedited shipping option). Bummed that I didn't get to accrue the extra points to convert to Disney dollars for souvenir spending though.

Sorry none of this will help you, but I just wanted to point out that I had the same problem.

I'd call if I were you. It's fast and easy, and you can order them through the automated phone system or you can order with a representative.

Could be a Visa verification problem. I've had that problem w/ my visa debit card before cause I freaked thinking something had happened to my account.

I never even got as far as putting in a cc#! The website is frustrating and I don't understand why.
Anyway, I will go ahead and call on Monday. Or, can I buy them at the.resort after we arrive. First party in Oct won't be sold out surely?

I had a problem purchasing party tickets on the web because Visa declined the purchase as possible fraud. Having used the card for my trip purchase, I didn't think it was a fraud problem, I thought it was a website problem, so I tried a few more times.

Chase sent me a text and email saying that the charge had been refused because it was suspicious. When I cleared it up with Chase, I tried again... And was denied. I called in to purchase the tickets and found out that the Disney website had banned my card because of too many attempts. It took me several frustrating phone calls and all day to clear it up..

A resort stay is not the same purchase classification as a ticket purchase even though they are from the same company. Tickets are classified as "amusement parks and fortune tellers" and a $250 purchase throws up a red flag in that category.
