Just wanted to update you all that I was able to make our HDDR ADR for Christmas Eve this morning on the phone!!!
There is still a small glitch in the system and they were not yet able to add on the dining plan, so we had to pay in full on our credit card. They said to call back later today to add on the DP to our ADR & they will refund the money from the credit card. No big deal.
Just so you know, they changed the times of HDDR shows for this night to: 4pm, 6:15pm, & 8:30pm.
Oh, by the way, I do think all of this HDDR trouble did not have anything to do with the lawsuit that a PP mentioned. Reason being is you cannot currently book any dinner show past 10/16 on the website. All of the dinner shows say the following disclaimer on the site:
"*Please note, this dining event can be booked online through October 16, 2011, pending availability. If you are arriving after that date and would like to make a reservation, please call (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 up to 180 days prior to your visit, or continue to explore Disneyworld.com/dine for alternative dining options."
So, it must just be a glitch in their computers.
