Why can i no longer see the summer 2022 cruises?

We are gold and i was looking at cruises this morning... and now I don't see the presales. I cleared all of our filters, what am I doing wrong??

Looks like others were complaining of similar issues under the "2022 cruise release" thread so may want to check that out.

Same issue. I was able to get in by going to the castaway club page where is lists that I am a gold member. Just another example of Disney needing to outsource their booking systems to a real IT firm like Amazon.

I had the same issue yesterday, but they eventually showed up again.

it eventually worked.... not sure what ghost was in the machine but it cleared out!!

It's a little frustrating .... I want a particular room and shows as available but then when I select it, it's no longer available. So I refresh and it is there again. Rinse, repeat.

I finally logged out to log back in and now the summer bookings have disappeared altogether. This poor website, lol.

I had the same problem yesterday, I’m gold and could not see beyond May22.

tried different browsers, clearing cookies etc but didn’t work. Finally logged in as my wife (also gold) and it appeared and I booked.

I am platinum and same thing has been happening to me. On Monday I could see them only for a couple hours and since then for last 2 days I have not been able to see summer 2022.

Nice call this work-around worked for me. I went to my castaway club page and there is a button top right that says ‘view cruises’ and that shows me the summer 2022 itinerary this time.

Not sure what did it, but I closed all browsers clicked thru to castaway page, cleared cookies.....and it came back. Probably none of it and it was a server thing... although I pulled it up on my iPad at the same time and it worked fine. (Booking two connecting rooms, I needed two at the same time). Love disney but their IT platforms need a lot of work.
