It seems they do not want people to book one night stays over that weekend. If you expand your search to a 4 night stay, there is current availability.

I just searched and AoA is available for $484, but that's a family suite. Boardwalk would only be ten bucks more.

Well it is the second Friday night of the MVMCP party at MK, Disney Jollywood Nights at HS, and the official start of the Holiday Season this year. That Friday is extremely popular.

Disney does have minimum stays for some dates. I don't think they're listed anywhere, you just have to try.

Thanks. We actually have a five night stay starting on that Saturday, but some people are coming in Friday and needed one night at something inexpensive. Sigh.......
