It seems they do not want people to book one night stays over that weekend. If you expand your search to a 4 night stay, there is current availability.
Well it is the second Friday night of the MVMCP party at MK, Disney Jollywood Nights at HS, and the official start of the Holiday Season this year. That Friday is extremely popular.
Thanks. We actually have a five night stay starting on that Saturday, but some people are coming in Friday and needed one night at something inexpensive. Sigh.......
Direct Disney site after clear of cash and cookies and not being logged in. Selected your check in date and multiple nights. Earlier this morning it was no longer available but sports was. I see you are only looking for one night though. As others have said, that is the issue. And availability changes quickly.
No they are not the values are simply booked that night. If you check every day, and multiple times per day a room will pop up at one of the Values from time to time.
Yes but that is only for special multi-day events but not for November 14, 2025. As @FreeTime posted a room at All Star Music did pop up during a random check in this topic.
If it allows you to book that day for a multi-night stay I would book it and call to modify it down. Sometimes Disney will do that. If they say no, just cancel it. Only thing they have to lose is the time on the phone.

I’ve seen it not related to special events, but at just normal times of the year. They use an algorithm that helps to prevent only single nights being available. That’s why you can book a room for multiple nights but not one. It’s been this way for years, even before Covid shut down. It all depends on current inventory so rooms do randomly pop up.

Do an offsite stay if you just need a cheap one nighter. We did that this past trip because our flight times changed and we also wanted to take full advantage of the free water park day. We stayed at the Drury for $165. Walking distance to Springs, balcony with a view of the Epcot fireworks, free buffet dinner including 3 alcoholic drinks per adult, and free buffet breakfast. That’s way more than we would have gotten at a value for less money. I would never spend a whole trip off site, but just one night was perfect!
Alternatively, I wonder if you called Disney and explained your situation. They might be able to work with you on a better solution than dropping almost $500 on one night at AoA. But, with that said, your dates are super popular and there just might not be anything available.
Last alternative could be working with a travel agent. I never do but in your situation it might be beneficial. Disney agents are free so it can’t hurt to try!
