Why are there no cheap flight out of Phoenix??

trying to get a decent priced flight from phx to orlando and it seems there are none. SWA has flight advertised at 79 one way from NM, and other places i saw like Miss are only 39, so why dont we get any deals??

I was thinking of maybe taking a quick trip in about 3 weeks to visit for about 4 days, but i am not going to pay 250-300 for the 4 day flight.

any ideas or am i out of luck??

Phoenix is a hub for SWA- that may be why you can't get the deals out of it???? Seems like it would be the opposite, but who knows?

Sometimes high landing fees at airports make cheap airfare rare. SPIRIT stopped flying to Denver for just that reason.
