Why are the swaps closed?

I was thinking of looking for a stroller swap for our upcoming trip, but the links in the swap post are not working and the thread is closed. Anyone know why?

No more stroller, fridge etc. swaps that involve money or Photopass shares that, I believe is the rule. I thought there was still a free fridge swap thread - it pops up every week or so (usually says - "fridge is lost" - LOL)! I think there is a sticky @ the top of the boards addressing this, but I didn't check before typing this.

That might answer your question (I am not a swapper though, so just offering what I thought I knew).
