WHy are my points in a holding accournt?

Why are my points in a holding account according to my online account? I had a reservation for Boardwalk for Nov9-Nov11 and just cancelled today on phone which is more then 30 days? Cant figure this out - please help because wanted to book different dates online tonight?

Did you use points from holding to make this reservation?
 
Member services is open everyday 9-530pm

They have been open on weekends for years... or at least as long as I can remember but thanks= thoughts on holding issue

Member Services hours extended: To better meet Members' needs, effective July 1, Member Services will extend operating hours to 9 a.m.-7:30 p.m. on weekdays (previously 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m.), while maintaining its 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. weekend hours.
 
It may just be a computer glitch. The last 2 reservations that I have modified (well outside of the 30 day mark), I have had some points show up online as in holding and not bankable. When member services looks at my account, the points are just regular use year points. They said it was a computer glitch. You just need to speak with someone at member services and get them to fix your problem.
