Disney has had their feedback private since inception.
This isn't to avoid a "true feedback", this is because of what happened to Rosie O'Donnel and her "All For Kids" auctions.
Many people just bid to write really nasty comments to Rosie, personal, vulgar, and obnoxious. People would register new id's just to write something nasty. It was like a sport. Since there are many people who wold just love to have a forum to bash Disney, the fb is kept private to discourage this.
The point behind feedback is to get a warm cozy feeling that this seller will actually deliver the product. I don't think many people think Disney will intentionally defraud them. They screw up, they overcharge for shipping, etc, but they aren't going to fold up their tent and disappear.
