We will be at there Oct 3rd through Oct 10th. Staying at SSR.

Bringing our DGD and DGS with us, their first trip to the world.

DH and I have not been since 2000. Our trip in 2000 was not the most perfect trip. DH was there on business our best friends and I joined him after his first week there. We had heard that Florida had been in a draught prior to our visit. I guess that we brought the rain with us. Out of nine days, it DID NOT rain two of those days. I don't mean the usual 3:00 p.m. rain that comes every afternoon and clears the air, it stormed for seven days. One of those days without rain we spent at Kennedy Space Center and that was a great day. The only other day that it didn't rain was our last day. We still laugh at the sea of yellow ponchos every day. And if we wanted to do anything besides sit in our hotel rooms, we went and did the World. We also did BGT one of those days, but after being there for a short time the rides were all shut down because of lightening.

We will have fun no matter what the weather, but we are hoping and praying for much better weather this trip so that the DGC will enjoy their stay much more.
