Who's Turn Is It To Throw Up Today? A Feb 2014 Wedding TR - New TR link 10/27!!

Ugh, so dissapointing when you look forward to a meal and it's not good :( I'm so sorry it wasn't a good experience this time around, I guess Le Cellier was having a really off night.

But you got some amazing night shots! I love the one that's your favorite!

Wow that Simpsons lego set is huge but looks so cool! Would love to see a picture of the finished product!

That stinks... sorry it wasn't what it should have been... :(

your pictures again are superb. Especially the fountain one.. :thumbsup2

and HOLY Mother of all LEGOS the house is HUGE!!!! B-I-G HUGE! thinking of getting something like that for Zack he is a lego maniac.. :worship:

"The CM did offer to point them out to us so we could go and give them the stink eye but we declined." :rotfl2: OMG did that really happen??? Hilarious!

Ahhhh, nothing quite like a reflection photo.

OK... Lego Simpsons is freaking cool!!! :cool2:

Too bad your dinner wasn't that great. I was thinking about trying Le Cellier this upcoming trip, but decided against it since it's 2 table credits. Guess I'm glad I did now!

Great pictures as you left!! I can see why that reflection one is your favorite, it's fantastic. :goodvibes

Let's start with the good: your pictures leaving Epcot of Spaceship Earth, etc. are wonderful.

Nice job on your purchases, Jim. :thumbsup2

As for LeCellier. We give it a big thumbs down. We used to LOVE it. The second to last time it was "okay"; the last time we ate there we wanted to give Andy a treat because he was with us and had never been. It was awful...from the service to the food. You can get the cream cheese mashed potatos...but ONLY at lunch (they will not make them at dinner); my steak was dry, Mark's was fatty and Andy said he'd had better at Outback. We won't be back. If we want a steak at Disney, it's Yachtsman or nothing.

I'm so sorry that Jocelyn was feeling poorly.

I hope Jocelyn felt better.

WOW! Such a shame about Le Cellier. That steak does not look good at all. I think I would have asked to see which table it was and cast the stink eye on them. pirate:

Great purchases from Lego.

Your pluto is so adorable! Funny how your family can talk you into separating with your money. :rotfl:

Those beads are really cool too! What a great way to recycle.

I love Rosa Regale! So good.

What a fun time in Epcot!

All caught up!

I love that little snowman in Living with the Land! So cute :)

I haven't eaten at Sunshine Seasons before, but your review makes me want to give it a try!

I had no idea about the park map beads at the African outpost, what a cool idea! Thank you for posting about that, I will have to check them out next time I go.

What a difference in your Le Cellier steaks! Wow. I'm sorry that the meal was so bad, I hope that it was just a random thing and if you do decide to go back it is much better. I haven't been there since 2010, but it was great then - I had pesto gnocchi and DH had a steak that looked like yours from 2012.

awe man le cellier REALLY doesn't sound like it was that great!! So sorry about that, I can't believe they only have 1 table for bigger parties! They couldn't have pulled two 4 tops together….or offered you to eat earlier if you split up?

Wow that steak does not look great! WOW, seriously though, if I hadn't been to LC in Sept and had a good experience I would be wondering about that place! I really do hope it picks up for the next time you're there!

We stopped in the gift shop for a minute and Jim came to say hi. He had gone to DTD, had dinner at Earl of Sandwich (he said not worth the money for the tiny size of the sandwich),

Up Next: The Wedding Day is Here!

I agree with Jim on EoS. My family is big on EoS (just have to go every trip) and I can't understand it. Our last trip, in Dec, we went and there was very little stuff on the bread.

Looking forward to the wedding posts.

I'm so sorry your Le Cellier experience was not good. It has been a favorite for Dan and I for some time. When it went to 2 dining credits, we decided to skip it. Last trip we had extra credits, so tried it again. It was as good as we'd remembered. Our wait wasn't bad either. But we had an earlier time slot, so maybe that helped?

I just love the reflection shot of Spaceship Earth with all the colors included. All your pics are beautiful. I have a particular fascination for those sighted squares.

I really love EOS. Dan and I usually split a sandwich, they are so big. I especially love the Holiday sandwich. Not sure why others have had a different experience with it, and I'm sorry Jim was disappointed. We always get sandwiches there on our last day to eat at the airport.

I hope Jocelyn felt okay for the wedding!!! Can't wait to hear all about that!

It was a pretty disappointing meal especially since we had really been looking forward to it.

But you got some amazing night shots! I love the one that's your favorite!

Thanks, it was fun shooting Epcot with so few people around.

Wow that Simpsons lego set is huge but looks so cool! Would love to see a picture of the finished product!

Coming up soon!

Thanks on the pictures I had fun with the empty Epcot that night. It was huge!

"The CM did offer to point them out to us so we could go and give them the stink eye but we declined." :rotfl2: OMG did that really happen??? Hilarious!

Yep, that really happened! She was teasing of course but it did cheer us up a little.

Ahhhh, nothing quite like a reflection photo.

OK... Lego Simpsons is freaking cool!!! :cool2:

It is a pretty cool set, lots of little details!

Too bad your dinner wasn't that great. I was thinking about trying Le Cellier this upcoming trip, but decided against it since it's 2 table credits. Guess I'm glad I did now!

Yeah, probably good you didn't although Mom and I loved it when we ate there in 2012. That was when lunch was still 1 credit.

Great pictures as you left!! I can see why that reflection one is your favorite, it's fantastic. :goodvibes

Thanks!

Let's start with the good: your pictures leaving Epcot of Spaceship Earth, etc. are wonderful.

Thanks!

Nice job on your purchases, Jim. :thumbsup2

He loved all of those sets and can't wait to buy more when we go in a few weeks!

As for LeCellier. We give it a big thumbs down. We used to LOVE it. I don't think I'll be back for a while. One of these trips I need to try Yachtman.

I'm so sorry that Jocelyn was feeling poorly.

Unfortunately that was just the start of her troubles.

This was fun to follow, thanks!

You are welcome, glad you are here!

I hope Jocelyn felt better.

Unfortunately that was just the beginning.

WOW! Such a shame about Le Cellier. That steak does not look good at all. I think I would have asked to see which table it was and cast the stink eye on them. pirate:

It was a pretty big disappointment. I was very tempted to glare at the people. I'm not usually like that but I was soooo hungry by that point.

Great purchases from Lego.

Jim sure enjoyed them!

Your pluto is so adorable! Funny how your family can talk you into separating with your money. :rotfl:

They are such bad influences!
Those beads are really cool too! What a great way to recycle.

They are very pretty and a great subtle way to "wear" Disney.

I love Rosa Regale! So good.

It's my favorite!

What a fun time in Epcot!

We did have a good time walking around the countries.

All caught up!

I love that little snowman in Living with the Land! So cute :)

He was very cute although I don't think the northerners on my report thought so. :rotfl:

I haven't eaten at Sunshine Seasons before, but your review makes me want to give it a try!

It is very good, I highly recommend eating there!

I had no idea about the park map beads at the African outpost, what a cool idea! Thank you for posting about that, I will have to check them out next time I go.

I don't think most people know about them. I've walked by the booth in the past and just thought they were pretty necklaces.

It was great in 2012 when Mom and I ate there. It was such a difference this trip, hope it was just a bad night and not an indication as to where the restaurant is headed.

awe man le cellier REALLY doesn't sound like it was that great!! So sorry about that, I can't believe they only have 1 table for bigger parties! They couldn't have pulled two 4 tops together….or offered you to eat earlier if you split up?

You know, we didn't even ask about splitting up. We probably could have gotten seated sooner as they only sat one more party after us. The restaurant was quite empty by the time we got to sit down.

Wow that steak does not look great! WOW, seriously though, if I hadn't been to LC in Sept and had a good experience I would be wondering about that place! I really do hope it picks up for the next time you're there!

It was not the best! I'm in the same boat, if this had been my only experience I would never consider going back. But since it was so good in 2012 I may give it another try someday.

I bought Zack the Simpson house for easter.... :rolleyes1

Awesome, hope he loves it!

I agree with Jim on EoS. My family is big on EoS (just have to go every trip) and I can't understand it. Our last trip, in Dec, we went and there was very little stuff on the bread.

I've never eaten there as none of the sandwiches appeal to me but Jim was definitely disappointed.

Looking forward to the wedding posts.

Coming soon!

It was Mom and I's favorite in 2012 so no idea what happend this time. Hoping it was just a bad night for them.

I just love the reflection shot of Spaceship Earth with all the colors included. All your pics are beautiful. I have a particular fascination for those sighted squares.

Thanks, I enjoyed having the empty park to photograph.

I really love EOS. Dan and I usually split a sandwich, they are so big. I especially love the Holiday sandwich. Not sure why others have had a different experience with it, and I'm sorry Jim was disappointed. We always get sandwiches there on our last day to eat at the airport.

Not sure myself as I don't like anything they have there and have never eaten there.

I hope Jocelyn felt okay for the wedding!!! Can't wait to hear all about that!

Unfortunately she did not feel well the next day.

I can't wait to read about the wedding day! I hope you get to it before we head to the world for our wedding!

I'm sorry but I'm not sure if I will get the whole thing in before yours. Work has been crazy and I really shouldn't be updating right now but I'm procrastinating. :rolleyes1

Loving your report. Can not wiat until the next installment.

Thanks! Coming up soon.

First of all my sincere appologies for being weeks behind on everyone's TRs and PTRs right now. I was really hoping to catch up some today but things are just not slowing down here at work. I will get back to them as soon as I can. I do have an installment on this TR written so I will post it right after this update.

First of all, look what came last week!

So excited, only 18 days to go! I won't be using the pink one however because I also got this awesome baby.

Now it really is just a plain yellow magic band. I found the Pluto sticker on the web site DVC Central (Thank you Mo!).

Here's a close up of the Passholder slider:

And some more of the sticker.

So the sticker is pretty nice. It's removable so you can switch out to different ones. I will say that it took me about 20 tries to get it on straight but that could have just been me. One other thing I noticed is that it covers all but one of the holes on the yellow part of the band.

Luckily I use one yellow hole and one grey hole to secure my Band but for kids or those with very small wrists, you may have to punch a hole in the sticker.

This weekend, Jim and I went to see the Lion King on Broadway. OMG this was amazing. If you ever get the opportunity to see it GO! Even Jim loved it. He said multiple times on Sunday how much he enjoyed it. I of course couldn't leave without purchasing something to remember the show by. First of all, I got a shirt.

As you can see there, I had a little photobomber named Remy. A few seconds after I took that picture, this happened.

That's called, pay attention to me, not the shirt! Of course, Alex couldn't be left out and wanted some attention too.

I also bought a snowglobe to put in my Pluto room.

It turned out to be a little cheaper than it looked in the dimmer lights of the theater and it is supposed to play Circle of Life. Well whatever song it plays sounds nothing like that one! I still love it though since it reminds me of the show.

And finally, I got some time this weekend to photograph the Simpson Lego House. I really should have moved it off the puzzle because it makes the pictures a little busy, sorry about that!

Here's the bathroom, you really can't see it because it's behind a door so I took the roof off for the second picture.

Jim cannot wait to get back to the Lego Store in DTD in a few weeks so he can buy more Legos!

On Tuesday we had nowhere to be until 1:30 pm when we had to catch the van to the wedding. I thought about going to a park for a few hours but decided it wasn’t worth the cost to everyone. I’m really glad I decided not too after we got in so late the night before.

Mom and I didn’t set an alarm and we ended up waking up around 8 am. We had planned on exploring the resort on this day but we ended up being extremely lazy. We took our time getting ready and didn’t end up leaving the room till after 11 am. Bob and Pat brought us some breakfast which we ate in the room. Bob and Pat ended up sitting at the pool during the morning with Jim. As for John and Jocelyn, well she had spent the whole night throwing up and was feeling awful. She was determined to make it to the wedding so they told us they would meet us later.

Mom and I headed to the gift shop once we finally left the room. Mom bought a Hidden Mickey book for John because he was very interested finding them. I somehow ended up with the book at the end of the week and already have it packed for next trip.

And me, well I found a new Pluto shirt!

I’m not sure how Disney sizes their ladies shirts but I ended up having to get a 2X which is definitely not the size I normally wear! Maybe they are supposed to be junior or kids? I thought they were ladies sizes but who knows, I was just happy I got one that fit! I actually wore it later in the week so you’ll get to see pictures.

Jim joined us and we headed to the food court to get a quick lunch before we had to get dressed for the wedding.

I ended up getting my go to comfort food, Chicken Tenders with a Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert.

Mom got a burger and I think a cheese cake. I took the pictures really quickly with my phone because I didn’t have my regular camera with me. There’s some kind of cake container in the bottom left of the photo but who know what it was at this point.

Jim ended up taking his food back to the room because he had a work conference call that he didn’t tell us about. If Mom and I had known that, we wouldn’t have spent so much time in the gift shop.

After we finished, we headed back to the room and changed into our dresses. We headed out about 1:15 pm and met Bob and Pat coming out of their room. Mom knocked on John and Jocelyn’s door and John said that Jocelyn was still feeling awful and was slow getting ready. They said they would meet us at the van. We headed down and picked up Jim on the way to the lobby.

When I had first talked to Morgan about the wedding she had told me that we would have to find our own way to the Boardwalk. Well her Mom, Esther, put her foot down and told Morgan she needed to find a way to get her guests there so they didn’t have to find transportation. We were picked up in two black vans. John and Jocelyn made it just on time and we headed out for the 10 minute trip to the Boardwalk. Here we are, you can see the first van already pulled up in front of us.

There’s our van after we got out.

We headed into the lobby where we were greeted by a CM who was helping to coordinate the wedding.

She asked us to hang out there and she would escort us all down to Sea Breeze Point when it was time. So naturally, I walked around the lobby and took some pictures.

Little Sadie was looking adorable as always.

Notice anything missing from this next picture?

I was very disappointed that I could not show Paul and Todd off to my family. I guess those ugly chairs went for a walk or something. They were no where to be found on this day.

I noticed the electronic sign in the lobby was welcoming us!

And then it was time to head to the ceremony.

It was an absolutely beautiful day. Sunny with temperatures in the 70s, perfect weather for a wedding.
