Who's the cook in your house?

I do 100% of the cooking and always have. I used to cook for 6 people, but now with all 3 kids gone (2 left in the last 6 months) I only have myself, DH and my Mom to cook for. I haven't really gotten the hang of only cooking for 3 and I still make too much food!! The boys know they can stop by anytime and raid the fridge!
I also love to grill on my gas weber.

I am better at putting a meal together from practically nothing! He uses too many expensive ingredients! And he is so much better at so many things I am not!

I (soon-to-be-wife) am the cook. Most nights it's something simple. But, my DF does cook from time to time, when I'm wiped out he'll make one of his specialties (chicken and rice, chicken enchiladas). Or, he'll run out and get us a pizza.

I love cooking! It's a little harder for me right now because I'm trying to loose some weight for the wedding. So I have to put much more thought and research into recipes to keep them low-calorie.

We have this deal set up. I do most the cooking amd my wife does the finances. After experiencing heart problems several years ago, I stick to a low fat, low sodium, and low cholesterol diet. I buy organic for the most part and make almost everything from "scratch." We have no fried foods. For the most part, we eat well.

When I get home from work, dinner is waiting for me, hot, delicious and served to me at my chair.

He is such a good cook. Thsnk goodness for that because I think mac n cheese is a full meal...
