Not pie! That's a whole different thing!!!

Cake... sometimes, that's our way of saying "can't we all please just get along?"

Other times, it just means we're hungry! Food talk is always appropriate here.

Do gluten-free brownies taste anything like real brownies? I might have to try those just out of curiosity some day.

Yes...but the cake/pie recipe really does bring together both worlds....it is coffee cake topped with fruit pie filling. I will have to post it again I suppose...

And Italian Cream is a rich white cake made with buttermilk, pecans and coconut, with a cream cheese and pecan frosting. Just awesome!
