I just brought everything down from upstairs. As you can see, I have gotten sidetracked. I think it's a defense mechanism to put off going down another flight of stairs to the dark basement to get the wrapping paper. But I don't think I can put it off too much longer.
I went through the "does this really need to be wrapped?" decision today and decided a whole slew of things didn't need it. I still have about 25% left to do.
Santa needs to wrap and Santa is procrastinating. I told DH I'd get to it before we picked him up at the airport tomorrow. But I'm thinking he needs to pull his wait per the Santa Clause.
I did finish putting stones (for sparkle) onto my dds' dance team jackets and wrapped those and put them under the tree.
So wrapping a few boxes should be considered easy peasy work and I'm not sure DH can complain about that.

My Dson-in-law.. Hasn't wrapped a thing.. Says he'll do it tomorrow night (yes - Christmas Eve) - after the company here clears out.. DD & I have been done with the wrapping for quite awhile now..
We don't call him "last minute Charlie" for nothing..
Just finished 45 min ago thanks to my friend Angie. I would still be wrapping now if it wasn't for her. I bought a majority of it yesterday and bought the last three things today.
I know, all you giftwrapping experts out there, the bags don't look anywhere near as nice as what you can do. The point is, the gift bags look way better than anything I can do anyway.
Yep, my wrapping's done! Except for those few presents I hid somewhere and now can't find...
