Welcome "get us to WDW"!

Well, we're about 90% packed. You will be able to pick us out because we will be the family with all the wrinkled clothes on since I just had to pack so far in advance!!

We were booked (not through DCL) for a dolphin swim in Cozumel but it got cancelled because the park isn't ready yet. They (dolhpin excursions) usually book up pretty fast. My kids are older and we wanted to do the swim (which DCL doesn't offer) which is more involved than the encounter. I say if you could get on it, do it. I have read though that the ferry ride (to the mainland) could be rough at times.

Last day of school today! :cheer2:

Judy

A 2 for 1 special!

First from Drew: We are taking the Tulum Ruins excursion in Cozumel. Matthew is very much into archaeology. We know it's going to be a long walk, but we think we're up for the challenge. :cool1:

Second from Matthew: Hey, this is Matthew...I'm kinda new to the site! Don't worry, you guys and gals won't be the only ones wearing pirate costumes! pirate: My dad and I are going shopping tomorrow for our costumes. As Tigger says, "T.T.F.N. (that's 'Ta Ta For Now')!" P.S. Time is running down! :hourglass

Hmmm...single digits, huh? We've got 12...so today I've been singing (internally, of course): "On the first day of Cruisemas, Walt Disney gave to me, a week on a Magic sea!" :rolleyes1 :dance3:

I wonder if I can keep that up for the remainder of the song.... :confused3

We have an 8:30 seating. From what I have been able to glean (thanks to the Castaway Club helpline), we are on a PLAPLAP rotation.

Off to bed now, where I'll spend the last waking moments thinking up a second verse while watching the DCL DVD! :)

--Drew

We have the late seating, but I'm not sure what time or what rotation. We pulled the pirate gear out of the dress-up bin yesterday and the kids picked out their costumes and accessories for pirate night! I also did a lot of shopping over the weekend and packed all the "non-clothing" stuff! We're almost there!

Very cool costume, ann-e-mator! :thumbsup2

I'm having my skirt taken in a bit so it's more fitting. It suppose to be finished by the 13th. Cutting it close, but perfectly doable.

I don't have a thing packed, but my list is growing.

We leave Thursday as we've booked a few days pre-cruise at AKL to visit "HOME" before sailing. Then we booked an extra night at CR afterwards to get a little bit more in before heading home. Thus the reason for our ticker to be in the single digits. :Pinkbounc

Am I the last one to receive my documents? I have an e-mail off to my TA. I'm getting a wittle nervous. :bitelip: We picked late seating as we don't want to be rushed back from port. I figured we could always grab a snack if we get hungry in the meantime. Plus I can be a late riser. Early breakfast isn't too appealing to me. I don't know my dining rotation either. Oh, I need my docs! :guilty:

Wow that really is cutting it close with the docs. :confused3

We only have 8 days to go!!! :cool1:

Wow , It seems most are late seating ...We just cant do that with a 5 year old DS , Plus with most of our Ports of call we would be back on the ship pretty early anyway , Key West (really not a full day of sightseeing..lol ) Grand Cayman - Stingrays in the morning , not much for shopping as it is expensive there , plus I think this is like our 4th trip to GC - Cozumel , here is where I wish we were staying longer just to hang with friends there longer , but we will be back there 6 weeks later for a week and we have to get prepared for Pirate Night anyway pirate: - Castaway Cay - Again start early and be back on the ship early ..lol Plus we like to watch all the fried lobster return to the ship :rotfl2: :lmao: :sunny:

Our DS is 10 and is accustom to late and sometimes lengthy dinners. It's tougher with younger ones. Don't feel bad - we'll remember to toast our most gracious host.

I think we'll be back in early for Cozumel. Maybe we'll see around the pool or bar or both? :teeth:

I don't plan on being that fried lobster for you to gawk at. :rotfl2: I come very prepared although sometimes I burn even with some great sunscreen slathered on me. Remember - reapply often. :teacher:

"Plus we like to watch all the fried lobster return to the ship"

:rotfl: :lmao:

I've heard of people watching at the mall, but never lobster watching on a cruise. Are you expecting that people are running out of sunscreen at that point?

We have main seating like you and have requested 6pm through AAA. The agent made it sound like we definately would get it. I sure hope so.

:hourglass It's almost time, it's almost time, it's almost time...

Fried Lobster watching was the only thing that I could think of ...lol We use to sail Carnival alot and when we would dock in Cozumel my wife and I would watch from our balcony towards the last minute boarding time and watch the parade of wheelchairs coming to the ship :confused3 These were the passengers that were just too drunk to walk so crew members would wheel them back to the ship ...it was funny as could be :rotfl2: ...

Just got off the phone with Southern Elegance Limo and we are all set up for our ride to the port , we did have Disney transfers but after reading that they dont get to the port till about 1:30 we had to rethink that , I didnt want to be sitting in the lobby of our hotel knowing that the ship was already to recieve us ...Plus I want to make sure things will be ready for the Meet and Greet as well .....( Dont want any dirty laundry laying around when you fine folk show up :rotfl2: :lmao: )

Is there anyway to go to sleep tonight and week up next week ??? :lmao:

If there were a way to do that, DisneyVegas, I'd be snoozing right now. :rotfl2: That's so bad that they have to wheel people on because they were hitting a bit too hard. Okay, note to self - go easy while doing the Pub Crawl at Key West (doesn't want DisneyVegas to watch me be rolled onboard for him to post all the gory details). :lmao:

Hey, are staying at a Disney resort the night before or at the airport? We plan to hit EE first thing Friday morning. :thumbsup2 I got a rental car instead of limo so I can bee-bop around since our time is limited in the world this trip. I'm going to miss not being toted around.
