Oh, shoot! I have homework now to remember the cues. Thanks, DisneyVegas. :lmao:

Smileneyes - I'm hangin' with you. :thumbsup2

I can't remember what I ate for supper last night...and he wants me to memorize THAT?! On my vacation?!?!?! :rotfl2: Heck...I bought the pirate garb, gonna have to go buy new tuxedo pants (it's been a while, don'tchaknow)...dunno if my heart can stand much more excitement! :confused3

VAgal76, I'll make up the score cards. We can grade the contestants like a figure skating competition. "But you only get a 5.4 from the Warner Bros. judge!" :lmao:

:rolleyes1 On the fourth day of Cruisemas, Walt Disney gave to me:
Four restaurants,
Three swimming pools,
Two fun excursions,
And a week on a "Magic" sea!

I agree with Ann-e-mator - if we pulled it off it would be cool. :rotfl2: I'm sure all eyes would be on us BUT there is safety in numbers.

Ok, ok - I need to go pack. We're going camping tomorrow afternoon straight from work. I need to get this puppy loaded before the sun goes down. :wave2:

lol VAgal... I agree... safety in numbers. I will be sitting in the middle of all of you while yelling out to the screen and making "snip snip" gestures :rotfl: :rotfl: popcorn::

We can always make photo copies of the script ?? Hello and then pass them out .. :lmao: I wonder if Disney would be upset ?? :confused3

Anyway , My wife and I were thinking for the Meet and Greet that we would order a couple of fruit platters and a couple of cheese platters and maybe a bowl of pretzels and chips - is everyone okay with bringing your own drinks ??? BYOB and BYOD ? :confused3

Dont worry I will protect you with my Jack Sparrow sword :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Long story , but I fgured if I was going to have the real hilt and handle I had to get a blade that was cut off , rounded and no sharp edges and rubber heat shrink so security wont freak out .. :thumbsup2

Good morning everyone!

Well, my cruise nightmares have started. I was tossing and turning all night. I hate when that happens!

We leave one week from today!! I know many of you are leaving earlier. I wish we had some sort of list that says when everyone is leaving, where they are staying, dinner times, etc. I'm not too gifted with computer to do that on my own.

We are leaving on Friday
Staying at the Hyatt
Late dining
Party with gang at "Walt's place"!
Tropical clothes on pirate night(sorry)
Deck 8 stateroom

What about everyone else?

Judy

DisneyVegas - I don't mind BYOB/BYOD at all. ::yes::

Yes, pass out the script! My memory may be affected by Bahama Mama's or whatever adult beverage that I might be tasting at the time. :teeth:

Smileneyes - I'm missing the jingle.

Hello everyone. We just returned from the 6/2 western cruise and let me just say, if you have half the time we did it will be a GREAT cruise. I just wanted to let you know about a new excursion in Cozumel, “The Power Snorkel Tour”. This excursion isn’t in the mailed documentation or even available online. It is in the list of available excursions on the ship. We originally booked the Beach Break but when we got on board ship and saw this, we changed our minds. This excursion involves snorkeling from the beach and being led by 2 guides (ours were Benjamin and Gabriel). They will go over the use of the snorkel equipment and other safety procedures. They will then instruct you on the use of the Sea-Doo Seascooter. This little thing will pull you around doing all the work while you enjoy the colorful marine life. The guides took us to where a small yellow sting ray likes to hide, coaxed him out and brought him to the surface for us to pet. They also nudged a yellow spotted moray eel from its hiding place for us to see. After snorkeling around for about 30 min we went back and it was time for a treasure hunt. They hid 3 silver coins with white ribbon and 1 gold coin with a yellow ribbon. They then took us back out to find them. Since we were the only 3 from the Disney ship to take this excursion (no big surprise since it was the first time it was offered) there wasn’t much competition but it was still a lot of fun. This excursion was only $35.00 per person and worth every penny and then some. I wouldn’t be surprised if the price soon goes up once the word gets out (oops, hope it doesn’t go up before you get on the boat). Their facility on Agua Beach was very clean with fresh water showers and tables and while you’re in the water they have another person on shore keeping an eye on your personal belongings. There are restrooms and changing facilities but I can’t comment since we didn’t use them. One other thing - we have our own mask, snorkels and fins however, this is the ONLY snorkel trip I heard of that lets you keep the snorkel after the tour. This is a plus especially if you have any reservation about putting something in your mouth that may have passed through many other mouths. All in all I would say this was a Disney quality excursion. The guides were polite and very knowledgeable. We give this excursion an A+ rating. By the way, friends did the beach break at Playa Mia Beach the same day and they told us the water was full of seaweed and the beach wasn’t half as nice as 7 Mile Beach in Grand Cayman – glad we changed our excursion.

Enjoy your cruise!!!!!

:goodvibes

Let's see...
most importantly - SIX DAYS TILL WE MEET!!!! (okay, I'm calming down now ;) )

We're arriving on Friday and staying at the Embassy Suites at the airport
Party with gang at "Walt's place"
Main dinner seating
Tropically pirate clothes on pirate night (I actually tried on a pirate dress at
the mall yesterday, but alas, they didn't have my size - but you gotta
give me points for trying)
Deck 6 stateroom

(Do you think that 3forDisney is for real or sponsored by the owners of that excursion? Just wondering.)

Lisa

We're for real and we were on the last western cruise, got the card charges to prove it. We just enjoyed the excursion very much and thought we would pass the info to the next group going.

Smileneyes - we wouldn't be suviving either. I think we are right near you. lol.

Thanks for the info, 3ForDisney! I know that personally we've already scheduled the Tulum Ruins excursion...however, it won't hurt to mention it to DS to see what he thinks!

Nicki, when all is said and done, we're on the ship...right? :sunny: I bet, after starting this thread over a year ago, you're REALLY ready for these next 6 days to pass, huh? :hourglass

Today's verse:

:rolleyes1 On the seventh day of Cruisemas, Walt Disney gave to me:
Seven miles of beaches,
Six tubes of sunscreen,
Five new pen pals,
Four restaurants,
Three swimming pools,
Two fun excursions,
And a week on a "Magic" sea!

Good morning everyone!!

Thanks for making my morning, Judy!

Unfortunately, I think some people who're leaving the night before are going to miss the last verse...maybe I'll have to make a door sign. I don't think a Christmas themed sing-a-long would go well in the Tropics! :rotfl2:

Hey...for anyone who wants to check out this website a little after noon, I think we just MIGHT get to see the Magic docking in Mallory Square at Key West!
