Who's going to HH this Easter???

Hi-

Anyone out there going to HH for Easter? Maybe we could have a mini-Dis meet by the pool? Who's in???

I do not have a reservation for Hilton Head this Easter break, but had wondered whether it might be possible to obtain one next year at the 7 month window or have most of you that do have a room there also own there.

I recall reading something that stated that Hilton Head has a very large number of 2 bedroom untis & that is what we would need. I wonder if that would give me a better chance that someone that wanted a one bedroom or a studio?

We own at BWV and VB so I had to use the 7 month window to get our 2BR for Easter week- I called day by day and no problem.

I'll be there but at Marriott's Barony Beach--think they'll let me use the pool as an owner?

they have been checking the guest at the beach pool, even during the non busy times. A cm walks around with a clip board and ask for your room key. She will even look at the dates. If you don't have your key she will ask for your name and look at the clip board.

we will be going on april 3rd and leaving on th 9 th so we wont be there on Easter Sunday ower kids have to go back to school on mon . When are you going I see your from long island also . We are driving on sat and staying over night in Lumberton NC

We arrive on Thursday and leave on Sunday. We went last year and had a BLAST!! I plan on making Easter there a tradition. We have a DS 4 and DD 7.

SSREX: I would definitely booked day by day at the 7 month window. I have the 11 month window but last year didn't make my decision until the 9 month window. At that time, I got the last one bedroom. I know the resort was booked last year but you may have luck trying to get a 2 bedroom day by day.

You didn't say exactly what dates you'll be there.

We are going the weekend before -- arriving Friday 4/02, but we have to leave on Wednesday 4/07 for DS to go to baseball practice.

So, for anyone who might be there during that time....

We'll be checking in on Wednesday, 4/7 and checking out Tuesday 4/13. I have DS 14, DD 11 and DS 7!!

We will be there 4/4 to 4/9. A meet would be fun. I've attended a couple of meets at HH.

My wife, daughter and in-laws will be there from 4/4 til 4/8. First trip to HH. We didn't make our ressies til late and had to be wait-listed, but finally got all our nights cleared in Feb.

My DH and I are our 3 kids (DS-8, DD's 6 & 4) will be at HH Saturday, April 10 thru Friday the 16th. We are looking forward to meeting some of you there.

We will be at HH from 4/4 to 4/10. Our DS has gets spring break the week before Easter.

My family will be staying at HH Thursday April 8th through Monday April 12th. DD1 is 8 (almost 9), DS is 4 (almost 5), and DD2 is 15 months.

It would be nice to meet fellow DISers and have the kids play together. Anyone else going with a little one?
