Who's Going in October 2005??!!*MNSSHP dates & info*

Hi tikkipoo! I saw that you would be there for some of the same dates. This is the first time that we've stayed onsite (and only our second trip to WDW), so I'm pretty excited!

We are staying in the Alligator Bayou section, hopefully in Bldg. 14. Do you know what section you'll be in?

I have requested AB as well. No idea what bldg we'll be in. I don't even know what I'll request or how to request it. We were way in the back of the property last time. Good in one way. Nice and quiet! Bad when you got back to the resort a night. If we wanted to fill up our mugs, it was a long walk back! I'll be happy no matter where they put us!

Anybody else rethinking, and thinking of costume attaire?

I really want to wear a long dress - DD will be Princess Aurora, and I was thinking of a costume to be the "Queen", who doesnt have a name from what I've googled!! (sure give dad, and fil, and the Prince, witches, Fairies names, but not poor mom!) The costumes I'm looking at are in the Rennaissance era, and I'm thinking even at $30 and "fake" velvet, it may be too hot Oct 6??

Maybe I'll try on a long dress in July and see what I think!!

Hello! We'll be arriving Sept. 26 and staying on site through Oct. 7th. Can't wait! My husband will have just returned from Iraq and this is our trip to relax and have fun as a family. We are attending MNSSHP on the 6th on our last night at Disney, to go out with a bang, I guess! The kids I'm sure will love getting dressed up and trick or treating at MK. I am looking forward to relaxing and enjoying our resorts, the POP Sept. 26th-Oct. 1st, AKL Oct.1-5th, and VWL Oct. 5th-7th. Our longest trip prior to this has only been 5 days, while this one is 12 and I just really want to have time to relax and enjoy it all. We will also try the Hoop Dee Doo for the first time, hoping we enjoy that as well. Counting down the days!!!

I know what you mean. We just got out of school (I teach 7th grade), and I'm really enjoying my time off, but even though I know it means I have to go back to work, I'm ready for October. Just a little over 4 months left!
