Who's Going in November?

I'll be there November 18-25 for my Disneymoon! I can't wait! We'll be staying at AKL!

My son has a chalkboard painted in his room on the wall, and I have a countdown there, and I have a chalkboard in the kitchen where I have a countdown there also.
When we get to a@ 40 days or less, I make a chain and write things on it.

The paper chain is a great idea! Thanks.

Hopefully he will get over the planning stuff, I know my husband gets annoyed with me, but he is also surprised with how much goes into a disney trip.
I hope that once you get there DH will appreciate your planning and you ALL have a wonderful time. :grouphug:

Thank you. I'm hoping that when he sees long lines in the afternoon for rides that he did with hardly any line in the morning, he'll see how much all of this paid off. As for where we're staying, he did have say in that. HE got a glimpse of the planning video one night and we asked him if had a choice which resort would he want to stay that. Gave him a choice for a value (which was POP) and for a moderate (which was CSR). We had ressie at POP until the package came out. Then, we upgraded to CSR for less $. He likes the idea of a quieter looking resort.

Congratulations on your upcoming marriage. DW is a great place for a honeymoon. We spent 1/2 of our honeymoon there.

Our family is taking our first WDW trip - Nov 2-10 @ GF RPC. So far it's still a surprise for our twin boys who will turn 8 just before the trip...not sure how much longer I can hold out! I've been scouring the DIS for lots of info, especially the DISabilities board (one son has cerebral palsy and will be using his walker and w/c). Thanks to everyone for all the help!

Well, b/f suprised me by changing our reservations to Port Orleans Riverside, so instead of Pop we will be at POR Nov. 8th - 16th, lol.

I can not wait!!!!

Changed resorts to POR. Single father (36) taking his 10 yr old daughter for her 12 visit November 8 through 13, 2006. Staying at POR. Looking for someone in a similiar situation for ride swap etc. I've been there way too many times and still can't leave her to ride the TOT! Help me!
