Haven't heard of anything specific, but it's Disney, so you'd have to imagine they'll pull out all the stops for the 4th.

We'll be arriving the day before July 14, 2006 and staying until the 24th. First 7 days will be at the YC and the last three at AKL. See you in the parks!

We'll be at Saratoga Springs from the 9th to the 14th. DH is running to be a delegate to the NEA convention which meets from the 30th to the 6th. We'll stay at a resort on the 7th and 8th, just don't know where yet.

Shades of Green , July 1-8, 2006. Last year the fireworks on July 4th were early at MGM [the old show they use to do before Fantasmic started] and later at EPCOT. I hope to see both shows in 2006. Magic Kingdom also had extra fireworks on July 4th but comments on DIS said it was a zoo it was so crowded. In 2005 the parks also did special fireworks on July 3 since the 4th fell on a Monday. Not sure what will happen in 2006 since the 4th falls on a Tuesday.
