Who's going in 2007?

Patiently waiting for 07 packages!!! Taking my 2 grown DD's for our first Princess Only Trip!!!!!!

The 2007 rates are out and they have added a new season ugh! now there are summer rates! go to mouse savers to see the rates.

These are the room rates only - we are waiting for ticket/dining package pricing so we can convert to packages and in my case start paying off the remaining costs as I have now paid for my rooms.

Along about the time the packages are released WDW usually opens up the rooms to outside discounts such as AAA.

I read somewhere on another thread that a CM said that package rates will not be out until August 1......I just joined AAA very recently and I am not sure how their Disney discounts work. Do you get a discount on packages or just room-only rates?

When/What is Jersey week?

i asked the same question on a different post... It is a time that the Schools in New Jersey have off and families from New Jersey go to WDW. I thought it was a week to show off all your favorite Jerserys!!!! that would have been SWEET!!!! but its not... we should come up with a sports jersey week!!!
I'm heading back in March of 2007!!!!!!!!!!! can't wait!!!! getting very antsy!!!

We're going in January for the Marathons (only about 4 days) and then we should be returning in May or September for our full length.

We are planning on going over Thanksgiving for our oldest daughter's 18th birthday/senior trip.....but who nows, we could be convinced to change our dates if they offered free dining again in August or September.

We'll be there on May 4th thru the 13th at the BC.
I'm trying to get my ADR's in order but I keep changing my mind and it's driving my family crazy
Although I have been to WDW twice before, I have never stayed on property.This will be the second time for DS13 & DS11 and the first time for DS6. We are celebrating my graduation from college (teaching degree) and with the help of DIS, I know this will be the most magical trip ever

(We're also going to US/IOA from July 5th - 8th). A NICE LOOOOOOOOOOOONG trip! Cannot wait to really start planning!

January 21-29, 2007 here!! Have reservation almost done and completed with DVC member services. Obtaining Boardwalk View Guaranteed 1 bedroom at BWV. Cannot wait for this will be my first DVC trip....Yeah!

I just love going in January....great time of the year to enjoy it all!

We're going the first full week in February 2007. There's going to be 6 of us this time. Me, DH, my dad, sister and her 2 daughters (first timers!). I can't wait!

Going for Spring Break here in Houston, March 10 - 16th. Have a room only ressie right now for CR Tower, MK view.

We will be there March 31-April 7 for Spring Break. My DS and DNiece will be marching at the MK with their high school band on April 1 and we will be there to cheer them on!! We can't wait! It will be my family(me, DH, DS11 and DD6) and my brother's family(DB, DSIL, DN12, DN11, DN11 and DNephew8). We are busy planning since it will be a first trip for some of them and the first trip in many years for others.

Looking forward to a great less than a year of planning!

When/What is Jersey week?

Jersey Week is the first full week in November. Many schools are closed for Election Day, because they are polling places. That same week, the state holds teachers conferences on Thursday and Friday, closing the schools again. You can go to Disney for the full week, while only playing hookey from school for 2 days. It seems that the entire Garden State piles onto airplanes and heads to Orlando for the week.
