We've only mentioned it in passing (so far) - Z2H is reworking her artwork from last year so that any of us who want to join the Scrap Mafia can! (No blood oaths involved, unless you have an accident with an Exacto knife...!)

Last year, the four of us (The Boston Scrap Mafia - 2009) had a shirt for each of the two CKC days we were there - the front graphics were identical, but the back side wording was different for each day. This year, we're thinking one design and having it say "New England Scrap Mafia" since many of us are from throughout New England, not just Boston.

What we're thinking is that she'll refine her design and post it here sometime soon. Anyone who wants to print it out onto iron-on-transfer paper (or freezer paper for those who know how to do that) and make their own shirt(s) and bring them along to CKC would be welcome.

We're leaning towards Kelly Green t-shirts for 2010 (long or short-sleeved, your choice) from where ever you can find them. ACM has the Hanes brand (I think) and Mike's has Jerzees, both in the same shade of Kelly Green.

Apparently, we were quite the sensation last year - maybe even scared some folks! - so you're invited to join in the fun. (Those DIS scrappers coming from outside New England will be made Honorary area residents for CKC - just practice saying "chowdah" and you'll fit right in!)

You're right in the middle of a bunch of us - we're a tiny bit south of you and a few other DIS scrappers are just north! Others are just a bit west. (And then there's those CT and RI people...sigh! )

Remember, everyone will buy and make their own before CKC. Just leave yourself enough time to make it. (And, if you're like me, you'll go a size larger than you need - I'm not a tight t-shirt kinda gal!)

I will have to post a reminder on the scrap desk to look for the design so that I can print it out.

I'll be 2 sizes larger I don't enjoy tight tees.

My understanding is that the grp I am riding with on Saturday, will be there for the vendor faire and to see many of you. I do not think there will be time for classes, but I would rather let them speak for themselves. Thanks for keeping the spreadsheet Linda.

Hi, Donna! I live in Peabody and I work in Lynn! Hope you decide to come up at least for the day - it's very fun. I was solo my first few CKCs (before I met all these crazy DISers ) and I still had fun - it's like Scrapbooking Nirvana.

Whatever you do, don't go around with NEE at your first CKC ... your pocketbook will be A LOT lighter when you are done ... trust me, I speak from experience!
