We just booked this cruise two days ago. It will be myself, DH and our 18 year old DD. It's our 5th Disney cruise, her second. She's thrilled to hear that there will be others in her age group aboard.

I can't wait!!!

JoAnn- Honestly, it's me that's the "evil nasty one" of our family. Tom's nickname is "St. Thomas" - he is gentle, kind, generous and evenkeeled. The nicest man anyone could ever meet - he'd give a stranger the shirt off his back and the cash in his wallet. I've never met such a compassionate or wonderful man - if I hadn't married him, I'd have kept him as my best friend, but I got lucky that he fell in love with me!!!


I could list my faults but suffice it to say...tenacious, to a point of obsession!!

We're counting down too! Just booked our excursions -- doing Captain Marvins and the Cozumel Beach Break. We are also deciding whether to do the parasailing on Castaway Cay. My 13 year old wants to try it.

Yippeee! count us in on this one ... 2nd time on DCL, did the 4 day Wonder last year ... will be celebrating 18th wedding anniversary with DH43, myself (DW36), DS17, DD12 and DD6 (Disney princess!) ... first time cruisers with us will be DS17's best friend, my sister22 with her fiance and other single sister20!!! we are counting the days! can't wait to get my konk cooler --

Yes,thanks to who found this thread! I couldn't find it and was disappointed.

We are doing the horseback riding excursion in the morning, then Captain Marvins in the afternoon at GC. At Cozumel, we are doing the Dolphin Swim in the afternoon.


IF we haven't decided on a place to meet, the 5/3 Diser's and I met at the Promenade Lounge after the Muster Drill. It was a short but nice meeting - great to touch base, put faces to names, etc.

It's a bit of a last minute trip. My husband can't get off work so it will be my Mom and I, and my daughter-10 and son-8.

My daughter would love to find an email pal if anyone out there has someone in her age range. She did this last year and became fast friends with a girl from the DIS, they ended up spending a lot of time together on the cruise.

We are going on Aug. 2 with my DD 14 and DS 17 they are both excited and hoping to meet other teens also any way for them to chat before the cruise maybe aol or email any suggestions do your teens use the teen site to meet other teens that are cruising. We are celebrating our 18 anniversary on the cruise I would love to renew our wedding vows with both my kids there my son is starting to not want to go on family vacations and will be 18 next summer. Does anyone know how expensive this is and can it be done in a group maybe several at one time to share the cost.

Hey everyone!! We booked the trip 2 days ago!!!!!! DH is in the Army and is currently deployed, can't wait to see him again!
The trip is going to be a COMPLETE surprise for our dear children, DD 10, DS 9, and DS 8. I was told we could not book our shore excursions until less than 60 days out.....I don't even have a list of the available excursions!!!!!! uggggggggggg

Hope to meet up with some of you...I really love reading everyone's posts...has made planning this trip soooo easy and enjoyable!
