Got exactly what I wanted!!! Chefs de France for the 8:15 show on Friday December 2!!!!!

Off to work.

My hold time said over 15 minutes, it ended up being 45 minutes.
The CM said she took her first call at 7am & by 5 minutes after, they had over 500 on hold!!!

Got my ressies though!! She had said they were having some trouble booking Le Cellier but I guess I had pixie dust because it popped right up for the date I wanted!!!

The hold music volume keeps going up and down! Every time it goes down, I get terrified that it's going to drop my call! Peach was right:

"Isn't there another way? He's just a boy!"

After 40 minutes of calling, I finally got through...I am on hold now for 4 minutes of the dreaded silence...wait time was said to be 45 minutes!

That was my experience exactly! I finally got through after 100+ redials and then got told the wait time was 45 minutes. The first 15ish minutes of the call was silence, then all of the sudden it was Brer Rabbit!

Just came up on 41 minutes and no end of being off hold on site.

Right now it's Grim Grinning Ghosts which makes me smile! HM is one of my favorite attractions.

Good luck with that! I was supposed to have approximately a 20 min wait time and it was just shy of an hour.

LOL. I had to borrow DH's cell phone because our land line doesn't have long distance and I have a pay as you go plan on my cell phone. Shocking I know. It's only at times like these (once a year) that I wish I had a regular plan.

We finally upgraded our cell phones, it took a long time to convince me. We now have iPhones & Data Plans. I would have never done this but DH is a techno freak. Loves his technology. I have to admit now that I have one, I love it!!

UGH, Disney needs to come up with a better way to do this.

After 45 minutes of silence, then I got the Splash Mountain music for about 5 minutes when my agent finally picked up! (I was in the queue for 50 min total). I asked for Via Napoli for lunch and she told me "it hadn't been loaded yet." So, I booked Rose and Crowne. After she gave me my res #, I asked her if she wouldn't mind checking for Via one more time. Sure enough, Via Napoli was available at 2pm for the 5pm CP. Booked it and canceled Rose and Crowne.

After 50 minutes on hold I got through and I got Teppon Edo for 9 at 4:10 for the 6:45 show. I am so happy I stuck it out. Good luck to everyone else.

Expected wait time 45 minutes right at 6:00. Waited 47 minutes Via Napoli 12/27 5:45 for the 8:15 show. Problems with server were bogging down the process, took one hour five minutes for the entire call.

unfortunately we're in a black hole at our house and our cell phones don't work well here I may try to convince DH to let me use is business phone...

Yes, got back in and back to 30 minute wait time. I'm on silence hold now.

On top of the 50 minutes I already spent.

After about 40 minutes of dialing, I got through around 8:00. Wait time is "over 30 min" and I have no hold music. I keep checking my phone to make sure the timer is still running cause that is the only way I know I'm actually connected. Hope my battery doesn't die, I've never spent this much time of the phone

I'm done dialing and getting the busy signal. Got conference calls for next hour and then will try again. Let the CP Gods be there to give me something that sounds good.
