Who's dined at Mangino's? (Shades of Green)

We're planning our meals for our next trip, and want to try someplace different. We're not on the dining plan, and we'll have a rental car so dinner here would not be a problem. Can anyone tell me about their dining experience?

I keep saying this, Mangino's in one of the best
Italian restaurants on site! It is our first and last
meals on all of our trips. Food is very good, the
pasta is made to your order. Prices are very low
compared to WDW restaurants. Go Enjoy!!

Is Mangino's open to SOG guests only, or can the general public also dine there?
