Who's calling to book the member cruises?

Yes, they've been going for at least 4 or 5 years. My sister was very involved in the Anaheim one, as she lives in LA. I've been bugging her for the 2015 dates, so I can book us all at DVC! Back to busy signal...I do have a 2pm commitment...

Took about an hour for me to get thru past all the busy signals. Still on hold for a CM. Going on 40 minutes now

I've had to get the husband to grab me breakfast from downstairs since it closes at 10am.

And then if I follow you all, after working with the CM, another hold and wait for payment? Great.

Just got done talking with niki. We got category 11a deck 7. Got what we wanted. Really nice service. Took 45 minutes to book and get info once we started. Hope you get through too. She took all info and didn't have to transfere anywhere.

One hour and 50 minutes start to finish!

First, redialing forever, then about 45 minutes on hold, then a Live person, Luna, she was great.

Booked for the Alaska Cruise category 6B. Tried for a Navigator Verandah, but they only had some left for the Aft... and we had a preference for mid-ship or forward, so we went up to the full Verandah.

Hope everyone gets through!

yes! we are cruising Alaska! I'm on hold now. wish me luck. we got thru 3x with the we-re closed msg and 2x with the for English press 1 msg only to have those calls dropped. finally got thru on our land line at 9:20.

After 40 min of dialing on 5 phones we got the "for English press 1". 40 min later got through to Martha. Call dropped after 1:18 and I freaked but she called me right back and we are all set! Alaska bound #5150!

Here's my story and experience this morning...

I got through to a CM very early on, 8:13 EDT to be exact...and was booking the 4 day Bahamas cruise. I had given her all of our personal information, dining preference and she had even given us a stateroom number and had it on hold for us. The the worst thing happened...I got cut off and it was probably caused by my cell phone...ugh!!!

I got so nervous because she did not call me back even though I had previously confirmed our home phone number with her. I was so concerned I starting dialing back into MS and got through and was on hold for over 35 minutes...feeling sick to my stomach!!

Well just about 25 mins ago the first CM called back and we are CONFIRMED!!!! Room 12510 which looks to be like a good one to me.

Good luck to each and everyone of you...I hope you get to hear the same good news I did today. You know that fantastic word...CONFIRMED!!!!

Hi Deb and Jed,

We are trying to book this Alaska cruise. I can't believe how difficult they make this...Totally unnecessary. No need to book 2 member cruises on the same morning...OH WELL.

Hopefully it will be nice to cruise with you guys again.
