Whoops! Question re: banked points + transfer + resale

Hello everyone!

I hope you’re all excited about the D23 news (I am!) and had a wonderful weekend.

I have kind of a weird question.
I am a brand new DVC owner with 2 PVB contracts in different use years. I am regretting my MAR contract (the other is JUN) and am considering flipping it. I got a little over excited with the PVB boom a few months ago and if I am going to resell I would like to before the market drops.
It really only makes sense for me to do if I can transfer some of my points from the MAR contract to the JUN contract before selling. I have heard that between your own contracts MS will allow banked points to be transferred but is this actually true? I have 100 banked 23 points and 100 24 points I would like to transfer over to the other UY to make a reservation with points once PIT opens for bookings.
Otherwise I will keep both contracts until next year and resell then I guess. Thoughts?

MS has been know to allow you to transfer banked points and yes, you can transfer before selling.

Remember, once transferred, the points keep their own UY…so will still be March. You also might have difficulty using them online during the home resort window as transferred points tend not to work.
