Were you staying at BLT at the time you visited TOWL?

Are folks staying at BLT allowed up into the lounge? I've never seen official rules for those staying at BLT, and I wonder if even cash guests are supposed to be allowed up if they're staying at BLT.

No they are not. Only DVC members (and their guests) are allowed up there.
