I just heard on the radio that if you hold up two fingers (like the peace sign) in England you need to make sure that your palm faces the person because if it doesn't it means the same thing as our "One Fingered Salute"We have that problem here in the U.S. with people getting mad that people don't speak English.I would think that abroad, THEY should expect you try their language. Or just point to what you want & hold up 2 fingers.
