I really don't see that it's a big deal since she's moved on and he has too.

I still think it will be a big thing to Emily, unless she skips over that as a red flag. It's lying by omission. He should have mentioned it - depending on how LONG they dated. It it was 2-3 dates, maybe not.

But, she didn't feel he stuck up for her or said anything to her about what Kalon said, and NOW, he also didn't speak up about dating a producers years ago, that she walks around with every day?

There definitely is major chemistry with Arie. He just doesn't seem to be the father figure type to me, like he's too young or something. Then again,maybe I'm getting too old and everyone seems young in comparison.

This old cougar spent last night watching the show with a hot water bottle on my back & leg. I pulled my leg a few days ago and it's still not back to normal. Too much mileage & years on it, I guess.

Do young people even know what a hot water bottle is? Or have heating pads & those Thermal-wrap heat thingies replaced hot water bottles?

I can't STAND Ari! His kissing is digusting the way he constantly licks his lips. That's all they do when they're together is make out. Showing him in the kilt with his wimpy little arms was hilarious. He is just too rehearsed when he talks....too fake.

I thought Sean looked hot in the kilt! I think you need to have some muscles in order to pull that look off, and Sean certainly qualifies!

I like Sean and Jef the best, even though they are quite different in their appearance. I think they are both down to earth guys.

I have to admit that I thought certain aspects of Ryan were charming, and thats probably because I like a little bad-boy behavior. I also thought he was very good looking. I think I would have liked to see him stick around longer than some of the other guys, like John, Doug, Chris....even just for the entertainment factor.

My guess is that Arie's days are numbered. I'll bet it comes down to Sean and Jef with one "f".

Ok. I am late joining the thread, but I am following the show. To be honest, I have never watched Bachelor or Bachelorette before this season. I only decided to watch this season because the mansion in Charlotte is just about 5 miles from my house. Emily is a local girl. I saw the helicopters and limos out and about. I had to pass the entrance to the mansion so many times while running errands; I saw the security guards....... So my curiosity got the best of me, and I started watching. Now I am hooked.
Anyway, this is what I am thinking. I agree with Buckalew11.
For the record, I want Sean to be the last guy standing.

I agree with you. When he kisses Emily, all I hear are slurping sounds like he's drinking a Big Gulp from 7-11. Ick! I think that's all he knows how to do, kiss her. Yes, physical chemistry is great but what in the heck have they even talked about of substance?

I am glad Ryan is gone! I couldn't stand him. He thinks he's God's gift to women and it's nauseating. I don't mind a little bad boy myself but he was over the top.

I liked Chris in the beginning but now he's annoying to me. I think he's trying to overcompensate for his age. It's not endearing, it's just sad now.

And, as usual, I am just SO impressed with Emily and her social skills and her intuition!!! Yes, I still do believe that she has an inner 'Princess' issue that will get the best of her. But other than that, one can't help but be impressed and to like her!

I've read the spoilers and have every season since I found out about Reality Steve, but for some reason it doesn't ruin the show for me since I still watch every episode.

My husband can't understand how I can still be interested after reading the spoilers. He says its like knowing the score to a football game and then watching it. In that case, I wouldn't be interested in watching the game if I knew the score haha!

Alright I'm not the only one who confesses to being blinded by Ryan! I enjoyed some of his cute one-liners! I also love the southern accent.

I don't watch Bachelor Pad. It looks too sleazy to me. It airs during the off-season, when The Bachelor(ette) isn't on.

Spoilers are any info from other sources about the show that spoils events in future, upcoming shows for everyone. For example: naming the final four guys picked, naming who Emily ends up with. Plot points that haven't aired in the show yet or in the previews. If you happen to see Emily driving driving around town in the next few weeks, having a hidden tryst with the guy she picked, refrain from telling us about it. But, after she's made her final pick, post away any info you get!

Spoilers can be found pretty much anywhere. Just do a search for Emily/The Bachelorette, and you will EASILY find some source, tabloid website, article, or magazine that will give you a spoiler on "leaked" upcoming events. Sometimes in just doing a Google search, you may accidentally get spoiled from the titles listed in the search, without even reading the whole article.

The threads here on the DIS for The Bachelor(ette,) have been traditionally NON-spoiler threads. (Each show here has their own rules & personality.) It should be a SAFE space where we can come and discuss the show without people telling us about OTHER stuff they've read, even if we are speculating about it. The point for us here is to have FUN speculating on what may happen and to be able to discuss it all with each other.

There are plenty of other threads/websites where people can discuss spoilers. As I mentioned, there is usually another thread started here, it never takes off. Whether because of the OP, or no one is interested in it, I don't know. I don't participate in that thread, as most others do not seem to either.
