Just curious to see who will be there in September. We will be there the 6th - 12th at OKW in A GV,it is going to be a suprise birthday for my youngest sister, she will be 11.we were there with her last September and it was her first trip to Disney and since then she has talked about it everyday. So we are all very excited to be going back and seeing her face when we get there.
So who else will be therre at that time?

We're staying at the Wilderness Lodge from Sept 23 through Sept 30th. Our second family trip to Disney, first at WL. Can't wait!!

We will be at the Poly from the 10th to the 14th!! We can't wait!!!:D

My cousin and I will be at BWV Sept. 20-27. I have splurged on a 2 BR for just the two of us! My family likes to REST on vacation, so I appreciate going just us two girls, so we can actually DO something while we're there!

I will be!! Along with dd age 9 and dm age 70. Will be at YC 9/1-9/8 on the Fairytale package. CANNOT wait.

Who else???

Sharon

09/23 - 09/30 here too, but at the Polynesian (unless I change my mind again). It'll be dh's first trip ever and my first trip in many years. We're celebrating our 5th anniversary, a bit belated (can't make it in August). First lengthy vacation with no kids as well.....hopefully I won't feel to guilty for leaving them.

:D We'll be staying at the Contemporary tower room for the 2nd year in a row. My sister and 10 year old niece will be coming with us (first time they were there was 5 years ago) I can't wait to see the look on my niece's face when she sees the view from the tower Oh by the way we'll be there September 20-27!!! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

9/23 - 9/30 at the Poly!!! DH's first trip ever, DD 4 and DD 1 first trip ever and I'll be returning after a 13 year break. Never stayed in site, I am so excited. It is all I talk about.

How neat!! We'll ALSO be at the POLY 9/23-9/30- so excited to be at a monorail resort- our children are 4,5,& 8 and are so excited- hope to see you all there!! Everyone- have a blast planning and making those PS's!!

Counting the days!!
Tara

(PS How do you add a counter to your signature?? It would make it much easier!!)

:bounce: Sept. 17-27, this started out as a 6 night trip, isn't it amazing how you can justify a trip with AP's and then a tax return can cover an extra few days......if we don't have takeout for 6 months..........if dh would let me cut his hair I could save.....

I am going to cover myself in lime green duct tape, ribbons whatever. I have yet to meet a fellow diser!

We'll be there with kids and grandkids (10 of us in all) 9/6-9/13. Staying at BCV.

My husband and I are celebrating our FIFTH year of marriage at AKL September 20 - 27. I'll have on some lime green ribbon...hope to see some of you! ;)

We will be going on August 30 and staying thru September 7th. We usually go later in September. I hope the crowds are just as small this time around. We will be staying at the AKL for the first time. We can't wait!!:D

Hey Everyone!

I just booked FTP last week:

Sept. 27 - Oct 4th
Poly LV Conceirge
2 Adults/2 Kids

I can't wait! My original plan was the last week in August. I really didn't want to pull the kids out of school. But after a long talk with DH he says with this being the kids' first time, the $ we are spending and being there only 7 nights (in the past prior to kids we stayed at least 10 nights)...he felt it would be much better this time of year. So I bit the bullet and did it....and the more I think of it I totally agree.

Anybody else been there this time? Any advice with crowds?

Thanks a bunch!

Kim

Our family will be staying at the Polynesian from Sept. 20-27th. We'll have our two DD with us. They have been asking to go back since our trip last September!:)

Hi,
Last year we went Sept 21-28 and it was great. We also debated as to whether to pull the kids out of school. We chose correctly. There were no lines. The kids actually started to complain that their legs hurt from walking the waiting line. Then I explained we normally would be waiting in the line and they were happy to walk it.:D You won't regret it.

I feel better with this decision. We will be able to get way more done this time of year. My original plan was the end of August through Labor Day weekend. After reading some posts....that Labor Day weekend gets very crowded there.

Has anyone have any experience with the Halloween show at Disney? Our last night there Oct. 3 will be the first night. The park will close at 6 and reopen for the special Halloween night til midnight. I am just wondering is it worth the money? Especially being our last night at the resort? I have the FTP passes and to have to pay over $100 for those hours...I just don't know what to do...

Any advice would be highly appreciated!

My DH & I will be at the BWV (1 bedroom) Sept. 21-28 on the FTP. It will be our first time at BWV-very excited. My one concern...Is the pool area very big? We stayed at the BC in 2001 and the BCV in 2002. While there were always many people there, we were always able to find a spot that was somewhat secluded and quiet in the late afternoon (I'm thinking of the lazy river part). I know that SAB is unlike most resort pools and that the BW pool will likely not compare. In looking at the pictures, the BW pool looked somewhat small. Is it just the pictures? Is it always crowded? Will we find that sort of fun/quiet spot? (Thanks for the help!)

We will also be staying at Universal at the PBH Sept. 19-21. We stayed there last year and absolutely loved it! We are going to be so tired when we finally get back to work.:D

7/91- DD hotel
10/01- BC
9/02- PBH & BCV
9/03- PBH & BWV
