Well since it has been almost 2 weeks and no one has guessed and the poster hasn't been back, I am going to take a flyer and post a new one in hopes of keeping the thread alive

Where was this taken (the drinks are the clue)

Is that inside the Mexico Pavilion at Epcot???? The umbrellas look sorta familiar. And I wasn't totally sure if that was taken indoors ("Nighttime scene in Mexico"); or outside at night somewhere.

It was outside at night, and about as far from Mexico as you can get in WS. LOL I thought this would be an easy one with the drinks.
