who went thru menopause while loosing the weight?

its been over 16months now
I believe the yr I lost the most weight (25% body weight) 2003 was when I stopped my monthly
whether it was from the wgt loss or not, Im glad thats over with!

anyone else stop that with their weight loss?

I gained while going through that & am having a harder time getting the weight off than I ever did before. My metabolism seems to have changed in such a way that weight loss is very difficult & slow for me now. I'm glad it's over though, except for those nasty hot flashes that keep creeping back up on me! Anybody else out there going through this?
