I think it's sad that John Force does not live with his wife Laurie and 3 racing daughters. He says she loves him, but can't live with him. So they've been living in separate houses for 7 years now.
He's spent so many years trying to achieve his goals and dreams by being the best race car driver and has realized he has sacrificed so many years by putting racing first and his children and marriage on the backburner.
On the other hand, his success has afforded them all a luxurious living.
His girls seemed torn...they want to please him and must love racing to want to drive those dragsters, but it's not their passion, well the oldest loves it, but the younger two.
He's hard and pushy with his girls and really is clueless on how to be a dad..I don't know why but I have to keep watching hoping he will connect with them and have a much closer relationship with all of them. His wife seems like a constant in his life and it's sad they are not living as a married couple anymore.
I don't think it will be a successful show though.
