Do you remember who your very first crush was?

Mine is kind of embarrassing. There was the boy in my 5th grade class named Rhett who, of all things, resembled the "What Me Worry" guy from Mad Magazine. At the time, I was heavily into reading Mad and totally crushing on this guy. I thought he was sooooo cute.

I was really young - 5 to be exact . He was our Minister's son. We were actually playmates and I used to sleepover at his house a lot. I used to have sleepovers with boys a lot when I was really young. Anyway, we didn't go to school together because we lived in different parts of town so I mostly just saw him on the weekend. I used to get so excited if he sat next to me in Sunday school. It's funny that most of my childhood friends were boys. I guess that happens when you only have brothers.

Bo Duke. I haven't quite ever got over it either. I have about 24 hours of the Dukes of hazzard on video, and I have all of his music from the 80's. I even have his guest spots from "Touched by an Angel" recorded. I guess that makes me a total basket case.

In 3rd grade I had a crush on a little boy in my class named Johnny. He had a crush on me too. The funny thing is we were both so shy that we wouldn't talk to each other.

As far as a celebrity crush, I think my 1st was John Schneider when he was on Dukes of Hazard. I loved that show.

I totally had a crush on Patrick Swayze when I saw him in the North and South mini-series, way before his Dirty Dancing days. I just thought he was the cutest as a kind southern gentleman! Luckily, I grew out of that one (eventually married a Yankee! )
