Ok, seriously, really glad it wasn't anything more serious. Bummer on it taking 8 weeks to heal though.

Just updating in case anyone cares. The diagnosis is.... NEUROPRAXIS!!! Basically, nerve entrapment. Could have been caused by anything, a shoe, somebody stepping on my foot, maybe I was sitting funny, bascially a million things. And the worst part is there is no treatment, he said it can take up to 8 weeks for it to resolve. Just have to be patient.

That's rotten, but it does give you an excellent excuse to sit around with you feet up trying to recover without guilt... and that, my friend, is a gift.

LOL, it's also an excuse to get a foot bath. He told me sometimes hydrotherapy, like a massaging foot spa helps. So of course, I'm only following doctor's orders I went to the pharmacy and bought myself a foot spa for $20. It's got bubbles that come out and it's heated, it's so nice, especially after being on my feet all day. Really, buying it was purely for medical reasons
