I'm back, I was thinking about posting some tater recipes. Does anyone have any that are to die for? Here's one I have:

Cheesy Tater Casserole

32oz pkg. frozen hash brown taters 1 stick melted butter
16oz sour cream 1 small onion, chopped
8oz. shredded cheese 1 can cream of chick soup
salt and pepper to taste

topping:
1c crushed corn flakes 1 stick butter, melted

mix all ingredients. put in 9x13 greased pan. put topping on and bake 1 hr. at 375
