We are trying to decide when to go to WDW. DH is a teacher and therefore travel times are restricted to summer and March Break. I was wondering who took advantage of the 7 for 3 promo for March Break this year. Did anyone book a family suite at the Value resort. What kind of rates did you get? I am trying to price it out for a couple of families and a couple suites would be ideal. Any thoughts or suggestions are much appreciated.:cool1:

Well, we kind of took advantage of it. Had it not been for this deal, we would not have gone to WDW April 29-May 7. But our TA from Dreams found a bit cheaper deal with the new Spring Deal. We had an absolutely wonderful time, BTW!!:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

My niece and I went during her spring break from March 19 - March 26.

We were initially booked to stay at POR, however a week before the trip I decided to bite the bullet and upgraded us to the Contemporary.

As far as crowds go, it was busy but manageable.

For us March was the better time to go since although there were crowds it wasn't as busy as it might be during the summer months. Plus the weather was great (not to hot, a bit cooler in the evenings).

we went in feb and it was fantastic to stay at Boardwalk. we would never have done this without the deal!

We used it fo rthe first part of our trip in August. I am also a :teacher: so I like any deal that hits my vacation time;)

I think it was introduced either towards the end of November or beginning of December.

I know there was an initial book by date of January 21, which was then extended once or twice.

I compared the deal with going in Sept for 9 days not 7 and it was only $200 more to go in Sept and get 2 extra days. I really didn't think the deal was the best deal but that was just my opinion.

I booked it for August. I considered it for my March Break :teacher: too, but waited too long. I'm going for 8 days at a value, and had my tickets bought already. With the QSDP added on, it cost me just under $1000 I believe. My other trips, room only at Pop was $150 a night. (taxes in) It was an awesome deal for someone who can only travel at peak times.

We went March 17-March 24 this year and when I priced just the room for 3 night it was only $200 less than what we paid for 7 nights so it was an awesome deal!

Weather was great and crowds weren't too bad. We are planning on going again next year and hoping they have that deal again. Can't wait!

My parents went on that deal and actually got a better price from our travel agent! They saved about $200 not booking the trip themselves!

Originally my family and I had a room only reservation at the Contemporary for the Atrium Club - Magic Kingdom View. However we were able to change our reservation to the 4/3 deal with the one difference being we had to take the Bay Lake View on the Atrium Club floor, because the Magic Kingdom View was not offered with the package. In the end we are going to save at least $700 so it was a smart idea to switch and we didn't have to change our vacation dates.

We just got home last week from our trip to WDW. We took advantage of the 7 for 4 package and stayed at the Contemporary. Great deal!

We were only going to go for a short 3 night trip and then this offer came around and we were able to go for 7 for another $200, including park tickets! My DW is a teacher as well, so for us the timing was great and we hope it comes out again for 2010!

Hopefully it was popular so it will be offered again. The dreams unlimited ta's are awesome at finding the best price using them was the best thing we have done!! we just booked 14 nights in hopes of the return of the deal for Jan-Feb 2010
