Not sure where to post this, please move if needed. I'm posting here because it concerns the Boardwalk.

The last night of our trip, Friday 10/25 we spent on the Boardwalk and had a blast. We ran into "Belinda" who did a fire eating and sword swallowing show. She was all dressed in white. She came up to us while we were eating pizza near Spoodles and totally took to my 5 year old nephew. She talked to us/him over 20 minutes and had him help her get a crowd for her show. He was mesmerized and she was awesome! We then found out she had also done the cowgirl show, which we had only seen about 10 seconds of.

Would love to write to someone about how she enhanced our evening, anyone know to who? Thanks!

This isn't a solid answer to your question, but I had a similar situation almost ten years ago (my now DD12 was then 3!)

We stayed at the GF and had her in the kids club. "Ken" was the young (and very cute) CM who sat for her that night. Then, on check out day, he was working the front desk, so we took his picture with our daughter in front of the huge floral arrangement, and he gave us his address so we could send him a copy.

I was so impressed with him, that I wrote to the GF directly and addressed it to the General Mgr. I received a letter back thanking me and saying that my letter would be placed in "Ken's" personnel file. It made me feel good if I had made a positive impact on his next performance review!

My guess would be to address it to the BW and give as much info. as you mentioned here. Hopefully they will know who you're refering to! Good Luck. natt

Anyone else? Is there a certain person in charge of cast members or would you just write to the hotel?

During my last trip to WDW I also ran into a few extraordinary Cast members. Working in Retail myself, I know that positive feedback is important, since most feedback is the other kind. After inquiring at several places, I was finally directed to Town Hall on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom. I filled out a generic comment sheet that looked more designed for negative comments and never heard anything after I turned it in. I guess that Disney just expects their employees to all be extra-special, because it was quite an ordeal.
