Who to tip? How much?

I know a lot of people are probably curious about this as far as etiquette goes so maybe we can compile a list here. Who should brides tip for their weddings and how much?

Here is a list of possible vendors but I do not know how much to tip and who to tip.

Photographer
Videographer
Planner
Floral
Officiant
DJ
Reception venue
Hair & Makeup

Any help anyone can give on who to tip? how much? who they tipped? would be a great help

ETA: if the vendor owns the business they aren't "supposed" to get a tip.

We tipped the ladies who steamed my dress, the hairstylist, our limo driver, the violinist, and our photographer. I did my own makeup and bouquet, so no tips there, and we just paid our officiant his fee.

There are only a few vendors whom etiquette dictates you really should tip, but ALL tipping is optional because it is supposed to be acknowledgement of extraordinary service, not just that they did their job.

Those who are usually tipped are service people who are employees of someone else. Vendors who own their own businesses do not necessarily have to be tipped because they get to keep the entire fee you pay them. But it's not wrong to tip them if you feel like they went above and beyond.
