Who to see at HRH?

Is there anybody particular to see at the Hard Rock personally about Loews benefits or room upgrades.Anyone who can help grease the wheels so to speak.Mainly just looking for the person most able to get things done.

HRH just created the position of Loews First Manager and gave it to Robert DeLuca. He is a great guy who used to work at the front desk. He would be the one you would want to speak with. Mark Shouger is the Rooms Division Director and is in charge of the entire front office.
