Who to call re:vegetarian alternatives

We are a few weeks out from our vacation and making our final preperations. My dd is a vegetarian. For almost all of our reservations I have looked at the menus ahead of time with her and know she will have choices.
However, we will also be attending Hoop Dee Doo and Spirit of Aloha where the menu is pre selected.
I know I have read that you can call and choose from a couple of things or request a vegetarian selection. Does anyone know if I just do this by calling the Dining Reservations Line or is their a special number?

I have called the restaurant directly for the Hoop Dee Doo Revue (will do the same for the Spirit of Aloha when I go in August). I believe I was transferred to them by calling the dining line. HDDR has always given me an option of pasta w/ marinara sauce or veggies (steamed or roasted) with baked potato. I think I have also read of someone ordering a veggie burger there. They noted it on our reservation, so it went very smoothly once we were seated. Not sure yet exactly how it works at Spirit of Aloha.

Just wanted to note that while I realize the veggie options at HDDR sound pretty boring, the roasted veggies were so awesome! Plentiful and perfectly seasoned, it actually was one of my favorite meals of the trip. I really love the cornbread and mashed potatoes there too.

Actually I was reading someones dining report last night and they said the veggie at HDDR were awesome too! So I'll order that for her She isn't picky, but it's nice to have a few choices for her
