who to ask for from Kids night out??

we've booked a kids night out babysitter for one evening whilst we're at Disney (our wedding anniversary ) and wondering if theres anyone that people HIGHLY recommend as being great for looking after young boys (ages 5 and 3).

I had great experiences with them twice, but alas, I forgot their names. I am sure whoever you get will be wonderful. My husband is scared this year to let someone watch our almost 3 year old for part of a day because he says, "You never know who will be watching our baby." I am disappointed because I loved KNO last year when she was almost 2. I don't know why all of a sudden he changed his mind, but oh well, whatever is best for our kids.

We've used KNO for 2 trips, and will again. The 1st trip was 8/05 and we had a woman named Nancy for 5 nights of in room sitting. She was grandmotherly and lovely. Bought a bag of toys to keep our girls (then 5 and 4). Fantastic experience.
In June, we booked again. Apparently there are 2 Nancy's working for them. "Ours" was away on vacation. We were asked whether we wanted older or younger babysitter. We were leaving the boys (3 and 14 mos) while we took the girls to the luau. The 1st sitter they sent was older and good with kids, but quite rude to us. (Take the girls and leave, it will make MY job much easier when you're gone) I actually complained at the concierge desk, they called KNO, and the nice woman(Pam?) said she wouldn't charge us and sent a different and Fantastic sitter the next night. Girls went to Neverland Club (Poly) and we hit Pleasure Island for an adults only night. That sitter was great. I was so happy, that I called and requested her again for our check-out day to keep an extra eye while I packed us up. They sent a younger woman whose husband is actually one of the characters. She was great as well. Helped keep them playing, dress in costumes for Tea party, etc.

So be specific with your requests. Ask if there have been any complaints about he sitter, and make sure you book about 10 extra minutes for paperwork when she arrives.

KNO is great-we'll use it again in January.
