I want to give out this tip here for anyone who is going to stay at SSR and requesting room location. SSR buildings do have numbers. And this is how to tell what they are.
During my stay in the Grandstand area my building number was 85 and I strongly suspected that even though there was no number in sight. Reason being is that the rooms that were in my building were room numbers 8501-8836. The first two digits of the first room number is the building number at SSR. Thus the building beside us had room numbers of 8101-8436, then the building number would be 81. Here is my email proving what I thought was the case all along. Pretty good for a DVC rookie I think.

that I have brought attention to the correct numbers for each building. And I hope it will help other guest plan their visits to SSR. I knew which building I wanted at SSR, but didn't know the number of it. And I was really shocked that I got it.
